Refund and Returns Policy

At GharBazaar.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Has all original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories.
  • Is not part of our list of non-returnable items (see below).
  • Has a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors, beauty tools).
  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products.
  • Organic seeds and food products (unless incorrect or expired).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@gharbazaar.pk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach relevant pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Note: We do not offer pick-ups at this time. You may need to send the product back via courier to our warehouse address (provided by our team during the return process).

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • You returned an item that meets our return conditions.
  • The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect when delivered.
  • A replacement or exchange is not available.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank/Easypaisa transfer.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We’ll send the replacement item (subject to availability) once your return is approved.
  • If the requested item is not available, we can offer a refund or store credit.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the buyer will bear the return courier charges.

7. Cancellations
