At GharBazaar.pk, we work with trusted third-party courier partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. This policy explains how shipping is handled, including processing times, delivery estimates, and customer responsibilities.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through our courier partners. If your area is not serviceable by them, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a cancellation with a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Shipping and delivery are subject to courier partner schedules and service availability.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, the following timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners:

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, road closures, or political events.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders over PKR 4000.
- A flat delivery charge may apply to orders below this amount (calculated at checkout).
- Any shipping promotions will be communicated clearly on the website or during checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery by Third-Party Couriers
- All deliveries are managed and fulfilled by external courier companies (e.g., TRAX, POSTEX, M&P).
- GharBazaar.pk is not responsible for courier delays, delivery scheduling, or package handling once the order is dispatched.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s official tracking portal.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect shipping information
- No response from the recipient
- Remote or unserviceable location
The courier will attempt contact. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or missing items:
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at gharbazaar2025@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a solution based on our Return & Refund Policy.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only fulfilled within Pakistan.
