GharBazaar.pk is an ecommerce platform based in Islamabad, Pakistan, offering a wide range of kitchen, home, beauty, personal care products, and organic seeds.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or visiting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use this website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe your actions violate any applicable law or are harmful to our business.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and descriptions may vary slightly due to lighting or device settings.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Orders are accepted only after payment is verified (in case of prepaid) or confirmed for Cash on Delivery.
We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier conditions.
Delays due to public holidays, natural events, or logistic partner issues are beyond our control.
Delivery charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
Some items such as personal care products, cosmetics, organic seeds, and opened food items are non-returnable (see our Return Policy for full details).
Refunds are processed via bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days of approved return.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GharBazaar.pk, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and code, is the property of GharBazaar.pk and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
